Do you provide quotations over the phone?
Unfortunately we do not offer quotes over the phone. Quotes often become complex depending on your requirements, exact measurements and structural considerations. Our sales reps will work through these with you in your home to give you the most accurate quote possible.
How long does a consultation usually take?
Consultations generally take between 45 minutes to 1 hour, but really depends on the number of openings you're looking to get updated. As a rule of thumb, we like to estimate around 5-10 minutes per window.
Do I have to make a purchasing decision on the spot?
No. Just because we can give you a quote on the spot, it doesn't mean you need to make your purchasing decision on the spot. We fully understand that your window and door purchase is a large investment, and consequently, it takes some time to look over options before deciding. Your salesperson is ready when you are. We'll be happy to honour the prices we quoted you for 90 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay your deposit by credit card, cash or cheque, however final payment can only be made with cash or cheque.
